The App provides step-by-step technical guidance, checklists, and frequently asked questions, helping users better understand key procedures related to heat pump installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety. Developed as a complementary tool to the PUMP-UP Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), the Virtual Assistant offers a quick and accessible way to consult essential information during both learning and practical work.
Accessible on smartphones and tablets, the App supports flexible learning and serves as a useful companion for students, technicians, and trainers seeking concise and practical guidance on heat pump technologies.
The PUMP-UP Virtual Assistant Application is available in seven languages, ensuring broad accessibility for learners and professionals across Europe.
